Heads up, Los Angelenos!

Talented beautiful sister Siobhan is playing a show in Los Angeles this coming Wednesday – promoting her soon-to-be-released new CD. She’s terrific – I wish I could be out there to see her in action on the West Coast.

But if any of you want to go check her out, here are the deets:

LA is sort of a schizophrenic music town. There are vast numbers of pretentious hipsters to dodge, but there’s also a significant element who appreciate the authentic stuff (I guess the same is true of NYC, it’s just that I’ve seen some of the LA hipsters first-hand). Hope she has a great experience out there and catches the attention of some discerning industry folks.

HOLY JESUS, I just had dinner there on Saturday night. I looked in the other room and saw some guy playing a guitar and thought, “Wow what a cool place, chinese food on one side and a cool music club on the other.” What a small freaking world!
