Kate Winslet and Hugh Jackman (I love him for Kate & Leopold and I don’t care who knows) are in a new movie together called Flushed Away, and apparently, they arrived at the premiere in New York by sliding down a huge blown-up slide. The pictures are great and I have been laughing out loud just looking at them. Here’s my favorite one, below the jump. Look at how hard she is laughing. And him!
More in this series of photos here – they’re all hysterical, as far as I’m concerned. (Open up the 4th one in the top row – and just get a load of both of their faces. HAHAHA) It made my morning to look at those pictures. The movie sounds kinda dumb – but I love those two – and I love their energy here.
my roommate showed me one of those pictures [4th in top row] in the newspaper yesterday, while we were in class. we both started cracking up.
my favourite of these series is the 3rd one in the second row, where they’ve each got a leg up in the air. look at their faces! i reminds me of shirley maclaine in that one dino picture. they’re just howling!
I saw an interview with them right after they did this on Access Hollyweird, or some such show. They were talking about what their kids were going to be for Halloween. I forgot what Hugh Jackman said his son was going as–something fairly standard like a pirate or Winnie the Pooh–but Kate said (mind you totally deadpan, but somewhat perplexed), “My daugther wants to go as a sarcophagus.” There was a pause and Hugh Jackman looked at her like “WHAT?!” and she just shrugged as if to say, “Don’t even ask.” and the camera cut away. It was hilarious. I was dying laughing. With her adorable little accent…”my daughter wants to go as a sarcophagus.” Sheila you would have died.
Allison – HAHAHAHA
i knew you would love that. wish you could’ve seen it. are we on for the cool-aid massacre tomorrow?
Wild horses couldn’t drag me away.
Is Jessica in?
she can’t, but my friend mike might come. CAN NOT WAIT!
I’m jealous! I wish I could do that for “work”! = )
Kate is looking as lovely as ever.
I’m dying to know what a cool-aid massacre is…
Melissa – HA!
