Mrs. King’s Mistakes

A psychic who gets everything wrong. So so funny.

I went to a psychic once. (Story at 11) I actually still sometimes think about some of the things she said to me.

But it is so funny to read Erik’s story, of Mrs. King basically guessing.

    Sheila, I didn’t write about my friend’s reading because I figured it was her reading and not my place to blog about it, but her reading was as wrong as mine was. And we were really excited about the prospect of a good psychic reading–neither of us had ever been and we were VERY open to the experience–and then every time she said something, she just got more and more wrong. So even though it wasn’t illuminating in the slightest, it was an afternoon we’ll never forget and well worth the 20 bucks.

    That would be an AWESOME premise for a short story, especially if there was one instance where she got something terribly and horribly right…
