I’m a fan of Shackleton. The beard. The mistress. The facts of that expedition are so extraordinary and everyone came through. And those amazing photos by Frank Hurley – the Endurance caught in ice. Awesome.
Helena – Me too. Those photographs are unbelievable. Shackleton was clearly a phenomenal leader.
There was a great Endurance exhibit here in NYC a while back.
