Flight

Tonight I’m going to see my cousin Kerry in a new play that’s opening – called Flight. I blithered my excitement about it here. It’s about Charles and Anne Lindbergh. Kerry plays Anne, and Eric Stoltz plays Charles. The Lindberghs are high on my list of “everlasting passions”, so I am thrilled to see it, and to see what the playwright’s take on the whole thing is. The play doesn’t officially open until next week, but they’re in previews this week. My aunt Regina will be there, I’m taking my friend David … and I can’t WAIT. I am obnoxiously interested in the Lindberghs.

Also: even more exciting: I am going to try a new shadow of eyeshadow tonight. Thrilling! I am moving away from the lavendar school towards the sage-green school. I think it will work quite well, but I’m still all a-twitter about it.

I have noticed that at least two of your enthusiasms involve the name “Anne.” Green Gables and Morrow Lindbergh. I approve.
