    Sheila, You’re doing some beautiful work with your point-and-shoot (I’m assuming you haven’t graduated to a DSLR yet?). You’ve got “an eye” in more ways than one.

    Santa Fe, so I’m thinking the house is stucco (earthy), and your composition has the house emerging from the earth with its walls painted by another natural element. And the entire color palette speaks of nature.

    I love the upper-right corner. The extended L-shape suggests that the main structure is subsuming or giving up the background structure. All great stuff.
